Marie's Hair Journey

The industry firsts and a deep commitment to excellence mark Marie's journey in Hairdressing. She was the first in Nottingham to become a Wella Colour Expert, a prestigious title she has proudly held since 2005.

More recently, Marie became the first in Nottingham and the Midlands to achieve the UK's first-ever Degree-level qualification in Hairdressing. She was one of just 24 professionals selected by Wella, in partnership with Glasgow Clyde College and the University of Glasgow, to participate in this groundbreaking program.

As part of the course, Marie was invited to Wella's global headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany, for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience where all our professional salon products are developed.

Marie’s dedication to the hair industry is a true reflection of her passion and her undeniable love for all things hair. A self-proclaimed hair geek, she’s constantly learning, evolving, and embracing every opportunity to elevate her craft. For her, this isn’t just a job, it’s a lifelong vocation.

She brings not only a wealth of knowledge but a deep commitment to helping every client achieve their hair goals, from vivid colours to beautiful blondes. Marie believes in honesty and clarity; while she works hard to bring your vision to life, she also guides you with realistic expectations, because great hair is a journey, not just a destination.

Marie has had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry’s leading professionals, including opportunities to collaborate on photoshoots with Wella.
