Booking Fee Policy

A booking fee is required for all new clients when scheduling their first appointment. Additionally, a booking fee may be necessary for significant colour appointments. This booking fee will be deducted from your end bill.

Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. However, if you must reschedule and provide at least one week's notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date. This transfer is allowed only once; any further changes will result in the loss of the booking fee.

Booking Information

For all new colour clients, a consultation is required before booking an appointment. This ensures that the correct service is scheduled and that enough time is allocated for your treatment. A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure safety and optimal results.

Cancellations & Arrival Policy

Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, with time tailored to your service. Late cancellations or missed appointments are difficult to fill, resulting in lost time and earnings.

To cancel or reschedule, please call us directly. If you'd like to change your appointment type, you can book a new appointment and leave a note in the comments section.

Important: Please don't reply to confirmation emails, as they are not monitored. I appreciate your understanding!

Cancellation Policy

We need at least one week's notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge to cover the reserved time and any products purchased for your service.

If you give less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% fee will be charged, and any booking fee paid may be forfeited.

For same-day cancellations, Full payment will be required before booking a new appointment.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments cannot be booked until the outstanding balance has been paid.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, you will still be charged the full amount for the booked initial appointment.

To make sure you receive the best service, please arrive on time or 5 minutes early.

Skin Test Policy

You'll need a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment, typically during your consultation.

Skin tests are valid for six months. A new test must be completed before your next appointment.
